AVTECH Workforce Accelerator
The AVTECH Workforce Accelerator is our primary cohort program for Antelope Valley youth ages 16–24. It is built to move participants from training into action by combining workforce preparation, practical digital skill building, AI readiness, job readiness, and pathway planning into one structured experience.

How the Program Works
