Help Build Stronger Pathways for Antelope Valley Youth
AVTECH is building a structured workforce training pipeline for out-of-school youth ages 16–24 in the Antelope Valley. Our model is centered on digital literacy, AI readiness, career readiness, and guided pathway development into college, employment, and income-building opportunities.
We are looking for partners who want to help move local youth from training into real next steps through referrals, support, mentorship, work exposure, education alignment, sponsorship, and opportunity-building.
AVTECH is designed to align with local workforce and education systems while staying community-rooted, flexible, and focused on real participant outcomes.
AVTECH is building its first workforce training cohorts and is seeking founding partners to help support participant access, pathway development, work exposure, equipment needs, space, mentorship, and long-term opportunity pipelines.
AVTECH is building community and systems alignment with workforce partners, colleges, nonprofits, and employers who want to strengthen local opportunity for Antelope Valley youth.
