Why Your Gift Matters

AVTECH youth learning space

Antelope Valley is a national aerospace hub, yet many local youth graduate without industry credentials. AVTECH delivers a Guide-led pipeline beginning with Google Fundamentals and advancing to the Google IT Support Certificate, plus coaching, tutoring, and career navigation. Philanthropy bridges gaps: devices and connectivity, Guide time, and employer engagement.

Equity: Priority for underserved youth ages 16–24.
Local Hiring: Build IT talent for AV employers.
Crime Prevention: Real options reduce risk and instability.
Live community programming: Web Design and AI Lab with The Community Action League (TCAL), serving 33 students ages 7–17 and preparing them for 16-week Google tracks.
